How long will my delivery take?
Please note we are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. For orders placed before our postal deadline (1.00pm Mon- Fri), we endeavour to dispatch these the same day.
This however may not always be possible during busy periods such as Christmas, Sales and during the launch of a new kit.
Other factors include:
- Pre-orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched according to the time/date specified on the website
- Shirt printing - Shirts requiring personalisation may take an additional three days before they are ready to be dispatched
What delivery options are available?
Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch any orders on the weekends or bank holidays.

You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched if you have chosen either our next day or standard delivery service. If you have chosen collection, you will receive an email confirming when your order has arrived in store and is able to be collected.
Please also note, on some occasions we may need to contact you regarding your order before we are able to dispatch it to you. On these occasions, our mail order team will aim to contact you as soon as possible either via phone or email, and strive to efficiently resolve any queries. Once these have been resolved, your order will be dispatched using your chosen delivery method as soon as possible.
Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, please contact our Mail Order department on 01603 218202 or at email@example.com who will be happy to assist you.
UK Standard Delivery £5.00
For same day dispatch, you need to place your order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday.
All orders placed on a standard delivery service are sent tracked and will be delivered by Royal Mail. If your order exceeds Royal Mails sizing restrictions, this may be dispatched in numerous parcels that are in line with their restrictions.
Please allow 3 – 5 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse to be delivered to you. You will receive an email from us confirming when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date and applies to UK delivery only.
Please allow at least 6 working days for delivery of your order before contacting our Mail Order team.
UK Next Day Delivery* £7.50
Orders on a Next Day service (placed before 1.00pm Mon – Fri) are sent on a tracked 24 hour service and will be delivered by Royal Mail (this applies to UK mainland delivery only and excludes Northern Ireland). All orders placed on a next day service will require to be signed for. If your order exceeds Royal Mails sizing restrictions, this may be dispatched in numerous parcels that are in line with their restrictions.
Next Day delivery orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday up to 1.00pm on Monday will be dispatched by us on Monday, and delivered to you on Tuesday.

What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?
If delivery is attempted and you are not in to receive this or it is too large to fit through your letter box, a ‘something for you card’ will be left. This card will explain why Royal Mail have been unable to deliver, and will tell you how to arrange redelivery or where your parcel is able to be collected from.
Click & Collect
If you have chosen to collect your order from one of our stores (located at Carrow Road and Chapelfield), please allow up to 3 working days from the time of purchase for this to be available to collect. After receiving your initial confirmation email, you will receive a further email from us once your order has arrived in your selected store and is therefore able to be collected.
To avoid disappointment, please therefore do not attempt to collect your order until you have received this follow up email. Please also ensure that when visiting the store to collect your order, you have both confirmation of the order number, as well as the name of the person the order was placed by.
Can we deliver overseas?
Yes we can dispatch orders overseas. Please see below the pricing for these:
European orders = £10.00
Rest of the World orders = £20.00
Please allow 3 - 10 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse for theses to arrive with you. Please however note, this time frame on occasions can be extended due to delays with customs.
All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail on a standard international delivery service and then transferred to your local postal company for delivery.
Furthermore, in regards to delivering overseas, we are unable to ship some products due to postal restrictions. Products of this nature do have this information advertised in their product descriptions and appear as “Please note, we can only deliver this item to the UK mainland”. Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please allow 17 working days from dispatch for delivery of your order before contacting our mail order team. After the 17 working day period, you will be asked to complete and return a Denial of Receipt form which will allow us to investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
What should I do if my overseas order does not arrive?
Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, please contact our Mail Order department on 01603 218202 or firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to assist you.
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us by no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was placed as we will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders after this time.
Delivering to PO Boxes
Sorry, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Do we deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO)?
Yes we do.
