How long will my delivery take?
For orders placed before our postal deadline (1.00pm), we endeavor to get them dispatched the same day.
This however may not always be possible during busy periods such as Christmas, Sales and during the launch of a new kit.
Other factors include:
- - Pre-orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched according to the time/date specified on the website
- - Shirt printing - Shirts requiring personalisation may take an additional three days before they are ready to be dispatched
Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch any orders on the weekends or bank holidays.
What delivery options are available?
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days.

Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, please contact our Mail Order department on 01603 218202 who will be happy to assist you.You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched.Please further note, on some occasions we may need to contact you regarding your order before we are able to dispatch it to you. On these occasions, our mail order team will aim to contact you as soon as possible either via phone or email, and strive to efficiently resolve any queries. Once these have been resolved, your order will be dispatched using your chosen delivery method as soon as possible.
UK Standard Delivery £5.00
For same day dispatch, you need to place your order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday.
All orders placed on a standard delivery service are delivered by Royal Mail.
Please allow 3 – 5 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse to be delivered to you. You will receive an email from us confirming when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
Please further be advised, we are unable to send orders that weigh over 2kg or exceed Royal Mail’s sizing guidelines due to restrictions. Orders found to be over these restrictions will be delivered using DPD local. Orders dispatched with DPD local do require to be signed for.
Please allow at least 6 working days for delivery of your order before contacting our Mail Order team.
UK 48 Hour delivery £6.50
For same day dispatch, you need to place your order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday; in order for this to be delivered to you within 2 working days (this applies to UK mainland only).
Orders placed on a 48-hour service are sent tracked and are delivered by Royal Mail. Orders placed on this service will need to be signed for.

Please further note, if you do not receive Saturday postal deliveries from Royal Mail, you must allow an extra working day for delivery (This is not a guaranteed service).
UK Next Day Delivery* £7.50
Orders placed on a Next Day service (placed before 1.00pm Mon – Thu) are sent tracked and are delivered by DPD local. Orders placed on this service will need to be signed for.
For same day dispatch with DPD local, you need to place your order before 1.00pm Monday to Thursday, in order for this to be delivered to you on the next working day (this applies to UK mainland only).
Any orders placed from 1.00pm on Thursday up to 1.00pm Friday using Next Day delivery will be sent on a 24-hour tracked service with Royal Mail. Orders placed on this service will need to be signed for.
Therefore any Next Day delivery orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday up to 1.00pm on Monday will be dispatched by us on Monday, and delivered to you on Tuesday using DPD local.

What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?
Royal Mail: If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail, and you are not at home to receive this or it is too large to fit through your letter box, a ‘something for you card’ will be left. This card will explain why Royal Mail have been unable to deliver, and will tell you how to arrange redelivery or where your parcel is able to be collected from.
DPD local: If your order is being delivered by DPD local and no one is in to sign for it, a calling card will be left and if possible, they will also try and contact you using the contact number on your account (if you have provided us with one). You can then use these methods of contact to either arrange a convenient date for re-delivery or to have your order re-directed to a local pick-up shop.
Please note this information applies to UK delivery only.
Click & Collect
Please be advised we aim to deliver Click and Collect orders to your selected store as soon as possible, however it can take up to 2 working days from the day the order is placed before it is ready for collection.
Additionally, please further be advised that you will receive two emails from us prior to your order being ready for collection. One will confirm the dispatch of your order from our warehouse and the second email will confirm that your order has been transferred to your selected store and is therefore ready to be collected.
To avoid disappointment, please therefore do not attempt to collect your order until you have received both of these confirmation emails. Please also ensure that when visiting the store to collect your order, you have both confirmation of the order number, as well as the name of the person the order was placed by.
Can we deliver overseas?
Yes we can dispatch orders overseas. Please see below the pricing for these:
European orders = £10.00
Rest of the World orders = £20.00
For international standard delivery please allow 3 - 10 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse. Please however note, this time frame on occasions can be extended due to delays with customs.
In regards to delivering overseas, we are unable to ship some products due to postal restrictions. Products of this nature do have this information advertised in their product descriptions and appear as “Please note, we can only deliver this to UK mainland”. Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Please allow 17 working days from dispatch for delivery before contacting customer services. After the 17 working day period, you will be asked to complete and return a Denial of Receipt form which will allow us to investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
What should I do if my overseas order does not arrive?

Overseas parcels sent by Royal Mail
All international orders are sent by us using Royal Mail and then transferred to your local postal company for delivery.
Due to Royal Mail’s restrictions, we are unable to send parcels that weigh over 2kg or exceed Royal Mail’s sizing guidelines. Please be advised that if your order does exceed these restrictions, our warehouse will package this in numerous parcels that are in line with the restrictions, so we are able to send all items to you.
Please allow 15 working days for delivery of your order before contacting the Mail Order team. After the 15 working days period, you will be asked to complete and return a Denial of Receipt form, which will allow us to investigate the matter with Royal Mail.
We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If we do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us by no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was placed as we will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders after this time.
Delivering to PO Boxes
