How long will my delivery take?

Please note we are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. For orders placed before our postal deadline (1.00pm Mon- Fri), we endeavour to dispatch these the same day.

This however may not always be possible during busy periods such as Christmas, Sales and during the launch of a new kit.

Other factors include:

  • Pre-orders - Products on pre-order or products that are not in stock at the time of ordering will be dispatched according to the expected time/date specified on the website. Please note these expected delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to potential delays.
  • Shirt printing - Shirts requiring personalisation may take an additional three days before they are ready to be dispatched

What UK delivery options are available?

Unfortunately, we are unable to dispatch any orders on the weekends or bank holidays. Please note, as standard all orders will be delivered in Norwich City Football Club branded packaging, however larger items/orders may not.

Click and Collect Please allow 3 full working days for your order to reach your selected store. FREE

You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched if you have chosen one of our postal services. If you have chosen collection, you will receive an email confirming when your order has arrived in store and is able to be collected. Please do not attempt to collect your order from store before receiving this confirmation e-mail stating that your order is ready for collection.

Please also note, on some occasions we may need to contact you regarding your order before we are able to dispatch it to you. On these occasions, our mail order team will aim to contact you as soon as possible either via phone or email, and strive to efficiently resolve any queries. Once these have been resolved, your order will be dispatched using your chosen delivery method as soon as possible.

UK Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm £15.00

For same day dispatch, you will be required to place your order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday.

All orders placed on a Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm delivery service are sent on a tracked Royal Mail service and will require a signature upon receipt. If your order exceeds Royal Mail’s sizing restrictions, this may be dispatched in numerous parcels that are in line with their restrictions. *We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Please therefore allow 1 working day from the time the goods leave our warehouse for delivery (you will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse).

Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm delivery orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday up to 1.00pm on Monday will be dispatched by us on Monday, and delivered to you on Tuesday. You will receive an email from us confirming when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

This option applies to UK delivery only.

If you select our Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm postal service and in the unlikely event this arrives later than expected, please contact our Mail Order team on 01603 721902 (Option 5: Retail, then Option 1: Mail order) or mailorder@canaries.co.uk and a member of the team will assist in refunding the £15.00 postal charge if this is delivered to you later than expected. To determine the delivery time and therefore if the parcel arrived after 1pm the next working day, Royal Mail’s digital records will be consulted and will not be disputed.

Please note, if selecting this delivery option, all parcels will arrive packaged in a branded Norwich City Football Club mail bag, however larger items/orders may not.

UK Express Delivery (1-2 working days) £7.50

All orders placed on an Express Delivery (1-2 working days) are sent on a tracked Royal Mail service and will require a signature upon receipt. If your order exceeds Royal Mail’s sizing restrictions, this may be dispatched in numerous parcels that are in line with their restrictions. *We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Please therefore allow 1 working day from the time the order leaves our warehouse for delivery (you will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse).

Express Delivery (1-2 working days) orders placed after 1.00pm on Friday up to 1.00pm on Monday will be dispatched by us on Monday.

A full postal refund (£7.50) will be provided in the extremely unlikely event that your parcel arrives 10 or more working days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse. A partial refund (£2.50) will be provided if your parcel arrives 3-9 working days after the date of dispatch. Any parcels that take 9 working days or less to reach the destination from the date of dispatch will not qualify for a full refund.

UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) £5.00

For same day dispatch, you will be required to place your order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday.

All orders placed on a Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) service are sent on a tracked Royal Mail service and DO NOT require a signature upon receipt. If your order exceeds Royal Mail’s sizing restrictions, this may be dispatched in numerous parcels that are in line with their restrictions.

Please allow 3 – 5 working days from the time the goods leave our warehouse to be delivered to you. You will receive an email from us confirming when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. *We do not offer guaranteed delivery on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Please therefore allow 1 working day from the time the order leaves our warehouse for delivery (you will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched form our warehouse).

What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?

If delivery is attempted and you are not in to receive this or it is too large to fit through your letter box, a ‘something for you card’ will be left. This card will explain why Royal Mail have been unable to deliver, and will tell you how to arrange redelivery or where your parcel is able to be collected from. If you fail to arrange redelivery or fail to attempt to collect your parcel from Royal Mails delivery office within 18 days from the attempted delivery date, the parcel will be returned back to us. In the event your parcel is returned back to us, we will refund the cost of your items to the card used to place the order. The delivery charge will not be refunded and you will need to place a new order online if you wish to receive items.

Click & Collect

If you have chosen to collect your order from one of our stores (located at Carrow Road and Chapelfield), please allow 3 full working days from the time of purchase for this to be available to collect. After receiving your initial confirmation email, you will receive a further email from us once your order has arrived in your selected store and is therefore able to be collected.

To avoid disappointment, please therefore do not attempt to collect your order until you have received this follow up email. Please also ensure that when visiting the store to collect your order, you have both confirmation of the order number, as well as the name of the person the order was placed by.

Can we deliver overseas?

Yes we can dispatch orders overseas. Please see below for our international delivery options that are available:

Royal Mail aim to deliver all European orders in 3 – 5 working days after the date of dispatch and rest of the world orders in 10 working days. These delivery time frames are not guaranteed and are expected delivery dates which are subject to customs delays – especially during busy periods of the year. We are unable to influence any customs procedures.

All international orders are dispatched using Royal Mail on a standard tracked international delivery service and then transferred to your local postal company for delivery. 

Furthermore, with regards to delivering overseas, we are unable to ship some products due to postal restrictions. Products that we are unable to post outside the UK will appear with a “UK Delivery Only” flag. Any customs or import duties are applied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please allow 17 working days from dispatch for delivery of your order before contacting our mail order team.

What should I do if my overseas order does not arrive?

Should your order be marked as available for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted above, please contact our Mail Order department on 01603 721902 (Option 5: Retail, then Option 1: Mail order) or mailorder@canaries.co.uk who will be happy to assist you.

If when delivery is attempted, you are not in to accept this and this is subsequently returned to us, we will refund the cost of your items to the card used to place the order. The delivery charge will not be refunded and you will need to place a new order online if you wish to receive items.

Undelivered Items

We aim to deliver all of our orders and keep failed deliveries to a minimum. If Royal Mail do fail to deliver any order to you, please report this to us by no later than 30 days from the date on which the order was placed as we will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders after this time.

Delivering to PO Boxes

Sorry, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Do we deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO)?
