Season Ticket/Membership discount is not able to be redeemed when using guest checkout or when checking out with PayPal. Men’s Team Season Ticket/Women’s Team Season Ticket/Member Discount

If you are a current Men’s Team Season Ticket holder, Women’s Team Season Ticket holder or Member, please be advised that any discounts that you are entitled to will be deducted automatically from the cost of your order (when logged in to your own oneCity account) at checkout when purchasing online.

If purchasing in store, and you are a current Men’s Team Season Ticket holder, Women’s Team Season Ticket holder or Member, you must present and scan your Season Ticket Card or Fan Card at the till when purchasing. Any discounts that you are entitled to will then be deducted when purchasing.

Men’s Team Season Ticket holder: A discount of 10% is available to Men’s team season ticket holders on a spend of £20 or more on full price applicable items.

Women’s Team Season Ticket holder: A discount of 5% is available to Women’s Team season ticket holders on a spend of £20 or more on full price applicable items.

Member: A discount of 5% is available to all Members on a spend of £20 or more on full price applicable items.

No discount is given on shirt printing services, personalised bricks, gift vouchers/gift cards, postage costs, programmes or any other items stated on our website. Sale items/promotions will not be subject to any additional discount.

Official Licensed Products: Men’s Team Season Ticket holder discount, Women’s Team Season Ticket holder discount, Member discount, or any other promotion offered by Norwich City Football Club are not applicable on our Official Licensees websites or in their stores. Discounts or promotions offered by our Official Licensees on their websites are not applicable on shop.canaries.co.uk or in our stores.

Free Shirt Printing Discount - 2024/25 Junior Canaries Membership

If you have purchased a 2024/25 Junior Canaries membership (Aged 0 – 13), you are entitled to one free shirt print. Each member will be provided with one unique discount code which can be used online by entering the discount code at checkout, or in-store by providing the discount code to one of our members of staff at the tills. If purchasing online, please enter the discount code into the enter promo code section, on the review stage of checkout when placing your order. Once successfully entered, a Free Personalisation Applied message will appear below the enter promo code section, and the discount be applied.

Please note:

• Each unique discount code is valid one time only and entitles each member to one free shirt print
• A new 2024/25 replica shirt must be purchased at the same time as redeeming the free printing offer
• Free printing is restricted to 12 letters and 2 numbers. Please note this may vary depending on the chosen shirt size
• Championship sleeve badge and sleeve sponsor badge are exempt from this offer
• This offer is exclusively available to 2024/25 Junior Canaries members aged 0-13
• Offer valid online and in-store until 30 June, 2025
