PLEASE NOTE: In order to obtain your Season Ticket or Membership discount you must sign in using your oneCity account. Season Ticket/Membership discount is not able to be redeemed when using guest checkout or when checking out with PayPal. If PayPal or guest checkout is used, we are unable to offer retrospective discount.

Season Ticket/Home and Away Member Discount/Junior Canaries Discount

If you are a current Season Ticket holder or Home/Away membership holder or Junior Canaries member, please be advised that any discounts that you are entitled to will be deducted automatically from the cost of your order (when logged in to your own oneCity account) at checkout when purchasing online.

If purchasing in store, and you are a current Season Ticket holder or Home/Away membership holder or Junior Canaries member, you must present and scan your season ticket or membership card at the till when purchasing. Any discounts that you are entitled to will then be deducted when purchasing.

This is linked to your supporter number and is only available when you meet the requirements below.

Season ticket holders: A discount of 10% is available to season ticket holders on any spend of £20 or more.

Home and Away membership holders: A discount of 5% is available to membership holders on any spend of £20 or more.

Junior Canaries membership holder: A discount of 5% is available to Junior membership holders on any spend of £20 or more.

No discount is given on shirt printing services, personalised bricks, Poppy pin badge 2023, gift vouchers/gift cards, postage costs and programmes. Sale items/promotions will not be subject to any additional discount.

Official Licensed Products: Season Ticket discount, Membership discount or any other promotion offered by Norwich City Football Club are not applicable on our Official Licensees websites or in their stores. Discounts or promotions offered by our Official Licensees on their websites are not applicable on shop.canaries.co.uk or in our stores.

Free Shirt Printing Discount - 2023/24 Junior Canaries Membership

If you have purchased a 2023/24 Junior Canaries membership, you are entitled to one free shirt print. Each member will be provided with one unique code which can be used online by entering the voucher code at checkout, or in-store by providing the voucher code to one of our members of staff at the tills. If purchasing online, Please enter this code into the promo code section, on the review stage of checkout when placing your order. Upon entering this code, a discount for the printing will show. Please note:

• Each code is valid one time only and entitles each member to one free shirt print
• A new 2023/24 replica shirt must be purchased at the same time as redeeming the free printing offer
• Free printing is restricted to 12 letters and 2 numbers. Please note this may vary depending on the chosen shirt size

If you have purchased a 2023/24 Young Adult membership, you are entitled to one £5 voucher which can be redeemed online or in store. Each eligible member will be provided with one unique code with a pin code which can be used online via the gift card option at checkout, or redeemed in store. If purchasing online, please enter the code and pin number into the gift card section, on the review stage when placing your order. Upon entering these details, a discount will show. If purchasing In store, please bring your membership letter which was Included within your membership welcome pack to the store, or present your Fan Card when at the tills and advise you wish to use your £5 voucher.
