Items with custom printing cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty. Furthermore, if a player changes their number at any time we cannot offer a refund on the item (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note during busy periods such as kit launch, sales, pre-orders and Christmas, any orders consisting of an item that requires printing may require up to an additional 6 working days to dispatch from our warehouse.

Personalisation of Replica Kit

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts/shorts that we deem could be seen as offensive or abusive. If your desired personalisation could be deemed as offensive or abusive, a member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss your choice, and if necessary cancel the order. Please note this may delay delivery of your order.

Printing

Customers should be aware that sizing may vary from previous Replica kits.

Using the size guide provided, please ensure you obtain the correct size before printing as we are unable to refund/exchange after either EFL or Norwich Weave letters/numbers/league badges/sleeve sponsor badge have been applied to personalise your item.

Please note: The back of shirt personalisation imagery is for illustrative purposes only, and the letters and numbers may not be to scale.

We cannot accept liability for any changes to players names and numbers due to transfers or a player deciding to change number, leave the club or retire.

Washing Instructions

We advise that you do not wash any personalised items within the first 48 hours of receiving your item. Hand washing of shirts/shorts is advised however please see the inside label of your item for further washing instructions. Do not use any fabric conditioner/softener when washing any replica items.

All orders will be delivered in Norwich City Football Club branded packaging, however larger items/orders may not.
