Season Ticket and Membership discounts

Season Ticket and Membership discounts are linked to your supporter number, and can only be used as set out below.

2026/27 Men’s Team Season Ticket holders: A discount of 10% is available to Men’s team season ticket holders on a spend of £20 or more on full price applicable items.

2026/27 Members: A discount of 10% is available to City Platinum Members, Beyond the City Members and Junior Platinum Members on selected days throughout the season on a spend of £20 or more on full price applicable items. Current confirmed dates below:

No discount is available for shirt printing services, e-gift cards/gift cards, postage costs, programmes or any other items on our website which say that discounts do not apply. Sale items/promotions will not be subject to any additional discount.

Official Licensed Products: Season Ticket or Membership discount, or any other promotion offered by Norwich City Football Club, are not available for products purchased on our Official Licensees’ websites or in their stores. Discounts or promotions offered by our Official Licensees are not applicable on shop.canaries.co.uk or in our stores.

Purchasing online:

To obtain your Season Ticket or Membership discount you must sign in to shop.canaries.co.uk using your OneCity account. Any discounts that you are entitled to receive will be deducted automatically from the cost of your order at checkout when purchasing.

A Season Ticket or Membership discount cannot be redeemed when using guest checkout or when checking out with PayPal. If PayPal or guest checkout is used, we do not offer a retrospective discount.

Purchasing in store:

You must present and scan your digital Season Ticket or Membership Card at the till when making a purchase. Any discounts that you are entitled to receive will be deducted when purchasing.

Free Shirt Printing Discount - 2026/27 Junior Canaries Membership

If you have purchased a 2026/27 Junior Canaries membership, you are entitled to free printing on one shirt. Each member will be provided with a unique discount code which can be used online by entering the discount code at checkout, or in-store by providing the discount code to one of our members of staff at the tills. If purchasing online, please enter the discount code into the enter promo code section on the review stage of checkout when placing your order. Once successfully entered, a ‘Free Personalisation Applied’ message will appear and the discount will be applied.

Please note:

• Each unique discount code is valid one time only and entitles each member to free printing on one shirt;
• A 2026/27 shirt must be purchased at the same time as redeeming the free printing offer;
• Free printing is restricted to 14 letters and two numbers. Please note this may be reduced depending on the chosen shirt size;
• The EFL Championship sleeve badge and the sleeve sponsor badge are not included in this offer;
• This offer is exclusively available to 2026/27 Junior Canaries members, 2026/27 Junior Platinum Members and 2026/27 Infant Canaries Members;
• Offer valid online and in-store until 30 June 2027

Free football with any full junior kit purchased

1. The promotion entitles the customer to a selected free Joma White/Pink Crest Football when purchasing a full junior kit in one transaction via our official website (shop.canaries.co.uk), in our Carrow Road store, in our Norwich City FC merchandise concessionary space in Jarrolds Department store, and at our external kiosk on the home matchday at Carrow Road.

2. To redeem this offer online, once you have a full junior kit added to the bag, a “choose your free item” message and the Joma White/Pink Crest Football product will appear above the shopping bag. If purchasing a junior size shirt, shorts, and socks you can select either a size 5 or a Size 3 Joma White/Pink Crest Football. If purchasing a Kids Mini Kit – 3 years or an Infant Mini kit your entitled to a Size 1 Joma White/Pink Crest Football. You will need to click on your desired size of football, which will take you to the product page, and then click “add to bag”. The Joma White/Pink Crest in your chosen size will then be added to your bag and a “Free” message will be displayed alongside the football.

3. You will be eligible to redeem this offer in store, in our Norwich City FC merchandise concessionary space in Jarrolds Department store, or at our external kiosk on the home matchday at Carrow Road, once you have a full junior/mini/infant kit ready to purchase in a single transaction. The free Joma White/Pink Crest Football can be added to the purchase at checkout.

4. A Junior size shirt, shorts, and socks, or a Kids mini kit – 3 years, or an Infant mini kit must be purchased to qualify for this free item, postage charges are not included in the subtotal.

5. One Joma White/Pink Crest Football will be available free of charge per qualifying transaction. The free product has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

6. If returning an item purchased as part of this promotion for a refund, the eligible free item within this promotion must also be returned. The items must be returned in line our returns policy.

7. Offer available while stocks last.

8. This Promotion is valid from 00:01am on Saturday, 1 August 2026 (UK time) to 23:59pm on Saturday, 1 August 2026.
