Season Ticket and Membership discounts

Season Ticket and Membership discounts are linked to your supporter number, and can only be used as set out below.

2025/26 Men’s Team Season Ticket holders: A discount of 10% is available to Men’s team season ticket holders on a spend of £20 or more on full price applicable items.

2025/26 Members: A discount of 10% is available to City Platinum Members, Beyond the City Members and Junior Platinum Members on selected days throughout the season on a spend of £20 or more on full price applicable items. Current confirmed dates below:

No discount is available for shirt printing services, gift vouchers/gift cards, postage costs, programmes or any other items on our website which say that discounts do not apply. Sale items/promotions will not be subject to any additional discount.

Official Licensed Products: Season Ticket or Membership discount, or any other promotion offered by Norwich City Football Club, are not available for products purchased on our Official Licensees’ websites or in their stores. Discounts or promotions offered by our Official Licensees are not applicable on shop.canaries.co.uk or in our stores.

Purchasing online:

To obtain your Season Ticket or Membership discount you must sign in to shop.canaries.co.uk using your OneCity account. Any discounts that you are entitled to receive will be deducted automatically from the cost of your order at checkout when purchasing.

A Season Ticket or Membership discount cannot be redeemed when using guest checkout or when checking out with PayPal. If PayPal or guest checkout is used, we do not offer a retrospective discount.

Purchasing in store:

You must present and scan your digital Season Ticket or Membership Card at the till when making a purchase. Any discounts that you are entitled to receive will be deducted when purchasing.

Free Shirt Printing Discount - 2025/26 Junior Canaries Membership

If you have purchased a 2025/26 Junior Canaries membership, you are entitled to free printing on one shirt. Each member will be provided with a unique discount code which can be used online by entering the discount code at checkout, or in-store by providing the discount code to one of our members of staff at the tills. If purchasing online, please enter the discount code into the enter promo code section on the review stage of checkout when placing your order. Once successfully entered, a ‘Free Personalisation Applied’ message will appear and the discount will be applied.

Please note:

Each unique discount code is valid one time only and entitles each member to free printing on one shirt;
A 2025/26 replica shirt must be purchased at the same time as redeeming the free printing offer;
Free printing is restricted to 12 letters and two numbers. Please note this may be reduced depending on the chosen shirt size;
The EFL Championship sleeve badge and the sleeve sponsor badge are not included in this offer;
This offer is exclusively available to 2025/26 Junior Canaries members, 2025/26 Junior Platinum Members and 2025/26 Infant Canaries Members;

This promotion entitles customers to free printing of “AMASS 2” or "MAGHOMA 25" with the purchase of any new 2025/26 replica shirt via our official website (shop.canaries.co.uk), in our Carrow Road store, and in our Norwich City FC merchandise concessionary space in Jarrolds Department store.
If purchasing online, customers must select “AMASS 2” or "MAGHOMA 25" in the drop down bar. The offer will not be applied if the name is typed manually into the personalisation box. If purchasing in store to redeem this offer, the free shirt printing discount for the eligible player name and number will automatically be applied at checkout.
The offer is valid until 23:59pm Saturday, 31 January 2026.
The offer is available both online and in-store.
The free printing applies only to the names “AMASS” or "MAGHOMA" and numbers “2” or "25". No alternative names or numbers may be substituted.
