You will need to either register for a OneCity account or use the “Guest Checkout” option to place an order on shop.canaries.co.uk (the “Store”). Please note that season ticket and membership discounts cannot be applied if using the Guest Checkout option or if paying via PayPal.
You must ensure that any information you provide us about yourself when using the Store is accurate, current and complete. The Club will not be liable should any items purchased from the Store not be received due to incorrect information being provided.

Accepting an order
Once you have placed an order and your payment has been authorised, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. The contract between the Club and you for the purpose of the goods will be formed at the point payment has been authorised and the money has been debited from your credit, debit card, Gift Card or PayPal Account.
Sometimes we reject orders
Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because your choice of payment is rejected, because the order placed is for a bulk order or of high value, or because we can't verify your age (where the product is age-restricted). When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.
Pricing and availability
The Club will endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If the Club discovers an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, it will inform you of this as soon as possible and cancel the order. If the Club is unable to contact you, it will treat the order as cancelled. If we cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Subject to the above paragraph, prices quoted on the website are correct at time of publishing. The Club reserves the right to vary prices. All orders are subject to a delivery charge.
Discounts and Promotions
Any applicable discounts will be subject to the Club’s Discounts & Promotions terms.
We charge you when we accept your order
Upon receiving your order the Club will carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your means of payment to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your order shall be accepted once your card has been debited. You will own your product once we have received payment in full.
We're not responsible for delays outside our control
If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control, such as unprecedented demand, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact us by email at [email protected] to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for, but not received.
Products can vary slightly from their pictures
The items shown on the Store are as close as possible to how they look in real life. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Different computer monitors have different settings which may make colours appear differently and therefore we accept no responsibility for differences in colour or style.
You're responsible for making sure any personalisation is correct
If we're supplying a product with any personalisation requested by you – e.g. names, numbers and badges on a replica kit – you are responsible for making sure the requested personalisation is correct. As per the printing disclaimer displayed at the checkout, orders containing personalisation may require additional working days to be dispatched.
With regards to replica kits and personalisations, please be aware that sizing may vary from previous replica kits.
Items with custom printing or other personalisation cannot be refunded unless the product is faulty (this does not affect your statutory rights). The Club does not accept liability for any changes to player number/name due to transfers or a player deciding to change number/name, leave the club or retire.

We reserve the right to refuse to print shirts/shorts that we deem could be seen as offensive or abusive. If your desired personalisation could be deemed as offensive or abusive, your full order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.
