Item description

Please read the description on the product as this will contain all of the information that you need to know about the item before placing a bid.

Authenticity

All our auction items will come with a Certificate of Authenticity and a security hologram added to the item, which will be dispatched with your item.

Each hologram has its own unique number and the club will hold a record of which item is allocated to each unique number. This will ensure, even if you misplace your certificate of authenticity, the item will retain its authenticity. This means that if, for example, you purchase a match worn shirt and lose your certificate of authenticity that comes with it, you're able to verify the authenticity and request a PDF version on the certificate.

The below images show examples of holograms which are complete and tampered with:

How to Bid

  • Please log in to or register for a OneCity account. You will need to be logged in to bid for an item.
  • Once you have logged in, you can now bid. Enter your maximum bid on the product auction page. The auction system will automatically bid for you against other bidders in increments of £5 until you have reached your maximum bid amount. Please review your bid before confirming, as we are unable to amend your bid after it is submitted.
  • If the current maximum bid is at £20 and you bid £50, the system will place your bid at £25 until someone else places a higher bid and the system will bid for you until it reaches your maximum bid.
  • If you win the auction, we will send you an email to confirm that you have won and how to pay for the item.
  • To pay for the item, please log in to the account used to place your bid and add the item to the basket, along with any other items you wish to purchase, and check out in the usual way.

You will have five days to complete your purchase of the auction item, following which the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Failure to complete payment may affect your ability to place bids on future auctions.

Once you have completed and paid for your item, it will be dispatched within our normal postage timeframes. We are unable to accept returns on auction items. However this does not affect your statutory rights that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

There are no season ticket or membership discounts on auction items. We are also unable to add personalisation to auction items.

We do not accept any charity requests through the auctions page. Please see the Club's charity policy for details of how to submit a charity request

Norwich City Authentication Programme

Welcome to Norwich City's Official Authentication Programme

All items sold through the club's official Auction page will now be included in the authentication programme and will have a security hologram added to the item as well as a certificate of authenticity.

Each hologram has its own unique number and the club will hold a record of which item is allocated to each hologram unique number. This will ensure, even if you misplace your certificate of authenticity, the item will hold its authenticity.

This means that if, for example, you purchase a match worn shirt and lose your certificate of authenticity that comes with it, you're able to check the authenticity and request a PDF version on the certificate.
