CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

Please note: Due to the recent Government announcement, the Norwich City Fan Hub and Carrow Road store will be closed from Boxing Day (Saturday 26th December 2020) until further notice. Once our stores have re-opened, our Christmas returns policy for exchanges up until 22nd January 2021 for items purchased in store will be extended for the same amount of time that our stores are required to be closed.

Items purchased online or in store between 23rd October 2020 – 25th December 2020 are able to be exchanged* only up until 22nd January 2021, providing the items are still in their original condition with the tags applied.

If you are returning an item you have purchased online or in store to either our Carrow Road store or the Fan Hub:

  • We are able to offer an exchange in the form of alternative item(s) up to the value the item was purchased for upon presentation of the proof of purchase.
  • Alternatively we are able to exchange an item for a credit note for the same value the item was purchased for upon presentation of the proof of purchase. A credit note can be redeemed in store only and will expire after 3 months and cannot be reissued.

If you are returning an item you have purchased online to us via post, this must be done by including a completed goods return form:

  • Please note that we are unable to exchange the item for alternative goods.
  • Once we have received the item and your included returns form, we are able to offer a gift card to the same value the item was purchased for. Once processed, the gift card will be dispatched to the same delivery address as originally used for the order on a standard delivery service, and a confirmation email also sent to the email address submitted for the original order to confirm of the exchange to a gift card.

*Once an item has been personalised by a name/number/sleeve badge/back of shirt sponsor logo being applied, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The same applies if a player leaves the Club or changes his squad number during his time at the Club.
